Vinum Missae Spanish Mass Wine (Terra Creved Bottle) premium
This is a mass wine produced in Spain from high-quality grapes according to the Catholic tradition. Experts have carefully selected old grapevines over 30 years old, grown on land with special soil, combined with the typical Mediterranean climate, to have grapes suitable for the production of mass wine according to the standards of the Holy See.
Vinum Missae mass wine is made completely naturally with 100% grape ingredients and no other additives. The production process is strictly followed according to the rules of the Vatican, in order to bring a pure wine to serve the Eucharist.
Vinum Missae mass wine is a strong and typical combination of two famous grape varieties Garnacha Blanca and Moscatel. The wine is fermented until it has an alcohol content of no more than 12 degrees, the fermentation process of the wine is also controlled by the method of adding pure wine alcohol at a rate of no more than 12%. The natural sweetness of the wine reaches 4 degrees Beaumé and the alcohol concentration is kept at around 15 degrees. After fermentation, the wine is filtered through specialized filters and cooled immediately to avoid the formation of tartrates. Vinum Missae is a naturally sweet wine, straw yellow in color. However, the wine can also have a darker and deeper color depending on the storage time.
